1. Who we are

MEOWICS is operated by [Company Legal Name] ("MEOWICS", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and us. If you are using MEOWICS on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm you have a parent or guardian's permission to use MEOWICS.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or are inactive for an extended period.

4. Coins, billing, and subscriptions

MEOWICS uses an in-app credit system ("coins") to access generation tools, alongside optional paid subscription tiers. Coin packages and subscriptions are purchased through our payment processor, Stripe, and are billed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise at checkout.

• Coins are consumed when you run a generation tool and are non-transferable between accounts.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled.
• You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Purchases are generally final. Refunds, where granted, are at our discretion and handled case-by-case via our contact form.

5. Uploaded content and outputs

You retain ownership of photos and content you upload to MEOWICS ("Inputs") and of the images, video, text, and other content our tools generate for you ("Outputs"), subject to the rights you grant us below.

By uploading an Input, you confirm you own it or have the right to use it, and you grant us a limited license to process it through our AI providers solely to generate your Output and operate the service. We do not use your Inputs or Outputs to train AI models.

You're responsible for what you upload and generate. Don't upload content you don't have rights to, or use MEOWICS to create content that is illegal, infringing, or depicts real people without consent.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use MEOWICS to generate illegal, defamatory, harassing, or non-consensual content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the platform or its underlying AI models.
• Resell, sublicense, or share account access in violation of these Terms.
• Use automated means to create accounts or claim free coins without authorization.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this section.

7. Third-party AI providers

Generation tools rely on third-party AI infrastructure to process your Inputs and produce Outputs. While we choose providers carefully, AI-generated results can be inaccurate, unexpected, or fail outright. Use your judgment before relying on or publishing any Output.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep MEOWICS available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we'll try to give notice for major changes where practical.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

MEOWICS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

You may stop using MEOWICS and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of MEOWICS after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law
