Content you upload or generate

Photos and other files you upload to generation tools, and the images, video, or text those tools produce for you, are stored so you can access your generation history in the Studio.

Billing information

Payments for coins and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number — Stripe handles payment details directly and shares with us only what's needed to manage your purchases (such as transaction status and subscription state).

Contact form submissions

If you message us through our contact form, we store your name, email, subject, and message so we can respond.

Technical and usage data

We automatically collect information needed to operate the service securely, including IP address (used for rate-limiting and abuse prevention), session identifiers, and error/crash reports.

3. How we use your information

• To create and maintain your account and authenticate you when you sign in.
• To run the AI generation tools you request and deliver your Outputs.
• To process payments and manage coin balances and subscriptions.
• To respond to support and contact requests.
• To detect, prevent, and investigate abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
• To diagnose and fix technical errors.

We do not use your uploaded photos or generated content to train AI models, and we do not sell your personal data.

4. Who we share data with

We share data only with service providers who help us operate MEOWICS, including:

• Payment processing — Stripe, to handle checkout, subscriptions, and billing.
• AI generation providers — third-party AI infrastructure used to process your Inputs and produce Outputs for the tool you run.
• Cloud storage — Amazon S3, to store uploaded photos and generated media.
• Database hosting — our database provider, to store account and application data.
• Error monitoring — Sentry, to capture crash and error reports so we can fix bugs.

These providers can only use your data to perform services for us, under their own privacy and security commitments. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes, and we only disclose information beyond this if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of MEOWICS, our users, or the public.

5. Data retention

We keep your account data and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data and uploaded content within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain records (for example, billing records for tax and accounting purposes).

6. Your rights and choices

You can access and update most of your account information directly in your profile settings. You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete your account, or raise other privacy questions by reaching out through our contact page. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws like the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to certain processing.
